Dr.
Julie Grimes is a new addition to The Women's Health
Team. She recently graduated from Parkland Hospital's
rigorous Obstetrics and Gynecology residency and is excited
about joining her husband, Dr. Mumfrey. Her honors include
numerous teaching awards in addition to induction into
Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She grew up
in South Texas, but she has been working towards settling
in Austin for as long as she can remember. She is interested
in all aspects of women's health, but her special interests
are in women's emotional issues, menopause, and high
risk obstetrics. She spends her free time exploring the
city of Austin and torturing Dr. Mumfrey with her culinary "experiments".
